Where are your products made?

We only source merchandise and or/ material from socially responsible businesses with ethical manufacturing practices. Our branded products are proudly manufactured in the United States.

Are purchases tax deductible?

All of the purchase price of the item goes directly to funding the cost of the merchandise and the shop overhead, therefore we are not able to provide a tax receipt for any of the purchase. If you are a Government client, you fall under the tax exemption. We will keep customers informed of other ways to deduct costs, as well as donate money to causes we believe in.

Will my order get to me without any issues?

We use common carries such as USPS (United States Postal Service), UPS, FedEx, and DHL for deliveries inside the United States and abroad. All of our shipments leave the United States and will likely spend time in the customs for the country where the shipment arrives. We cannot provide any customs clearance estimates, but in most cases, shipments may spend anywhere from one to three days in customs. 

IMPORTANT: Any customs or import duties are charged once the order reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the order.

What is ITAR Compliant?

International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) / Export Regulations

Level IV rifle rated body armor (Rifle Plates), Certain JCP technical data, and other  ceramic or composite, fall under the jurisdiction of the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), and are subject to the export control laws of the U.S. Government. 

Export or retransfer of Level IV Rifle Plates by any means to any foreign end user, or for any other end use, whether in the U.S. or abroad, without the written approval of the U.S. Department of State, is prohibited.

Level III rifle rated plates are now under the control of the Commerce Department’s Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS)and administered under the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and remain subject to the export controls laws of the U.S. Government. Export or retransfer of Level III Rifle Plates by any means to any foreign end user, or for any other end user, whether in the U.S, or abroad, without the written approval of the U.S. Department of Commerce, is prohibited. 

 The sale, transfer, transportation, or shipment outside of the U.S. of any product prohibited or restricted for export without complying with U.S. export control laws and regulations, including proper export licensing, documentation or authorization, is strictly prohibited and may result in civil penalties and/or constitute a federal crime. DRC DYNAMIC will not engage in any transaction that requires the illegal export of any products and will not assist directly or indirectly with the illegal export or re-export of any products.

What about shipping and delivery?

Our fulfillment department processes orders within 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri), a timeline which does not include Weekends or Holidays. Please remember that the delivery of your order is the responsibility of the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS Fedex, DHL). 

Once a package leaves our fulfillment center, you must reach out directly to the shipping carrier selected during checkout to resolve delivery issues. You should have your tracking number ready when reaching out to the shipping carrier.


What is your product warranty? What does your warranty cover?

DRC DYNAMIC prides itself on American Made products that are cost efficient and designed to last. Unfortunately, sometimes manufacturing issues and quality control fall short. If we fail, you fail. 

Our weatherproof cases come with a lifetime warranty. A proof of purchase is required for a warranty claim.

Body Armor comes with a specific warranty from the date of manufacture. Please see product details regarding the warranty. Outside of the warranty, DRC DYNAMIC does not guarantee the effectiveness  of the Ballistic Material. Please see our Terms of Use regarding the purchase of  Body Armor.  Ballistic Projection is sold "AS IS" and  is  non-refundable after purchase.

What is your return policy?

Our return policy is 30 days, outside of 30 days we can not return an item, but may, at our discretion offer an exchange regarding warranty claims. Please see our FAQ regarding restocking fee.

Can procurement purchases be made via your site?

Please check with us regarding the ability to order products via the site for procurement fulfillment. Generally, a separate invoice will be drafted and payment will be remitted via EFT(Electronic Funds Transfer). However, private purchase opportunities are available and we will generate a separate order/invoice via our site through credit/debit card payments.

Do you have a restocking fee? What is a special order item?

Yes. All contract procurement and custom orders are considered "Special Orders". Special Order products are subject to restocking fee of 30%, unless otherwise specified or agreed to in writing. Upon delivery, a vendor has 3 FULL BUSINESS DAYS to reject shipment at no cost or fault. Outside of the 3 Business Days(72 hours), the items to be delivered are deemed to be inspected and accepted. Please contact us regarding issues outside of 3 Business Days.

Are your items currently available on a GSA Schedule?

Our contract fulfillment and orders is always changing. Check back or contact us regarding upcoming contracts and purchasing opportunities via GSA schedule and advantage. We can provide further details regarding buy and vendor opportunities, and platforms such as FEDMALL, GSA EBUY, DIBBS, MILSTRIP, DLA, TX SMART BUY, and other mediums to buy our products.


What is your lead time for ballistic products?

Generally our lead time is 4-8 weeks, depending. This is a variable time to allow adequate processing of orders and is considered the industry standard. However, we often fulfill orders within 30-45 days ARO.  

 Under certain circumstances, items can be expedited for emergency purchasing opportunities. Additional costs may apply.

What is the lead time for non-ballistic,  other made-to-order, or special order items?

Other items typically have an ARO time from processing to delivery within 30 days. This time frame is also subject to flexibility due to delivery through common shipping carriers. 

What is the time frame for international shipping ?

That depends on Country of Destination, and international circumstances which may have an impact on the delivery schedule and time. Please contact us regarding expedited shipping and international regulatory questions regarding ordering. Buyer will be responsible for international and customs fees. Please check with your country's import/export regulations regarding DRC DYNAMIC products before purchasing.

What are your shipping terms for procurement?

Generally, our shipping terms are FOB Destination for government purchases. Please contact us regarding shipping and procurement terms and conditions. Shipping terms are subject to change without notice.

NATO/United Nations and other treaty questions?

As our country and its international regulations and partnerships are changing, DRC DYNAMIC will comply and adhere to all international and domestic import/export restrictions via the Department of State, Department of Commerce, and other regulations regarding country destination.

 

What is Social Responsibility? Why is it important?

With respect to manufacturing and creating products, social responsibility encompasses many aspects in our opinion. DRC DYNAMIC is committed to ethical manufacturing, supply chain compliance of material, and environmental sustainable production methods. In order for our company to adhere to the high standards we uphold, our company does its due diligence to adequately vett sourcing material and manufacturing methods to ensure socially responsible compliance. 

Furthermore, we believe long term environmental sustainability is essential to a proper business model, and relationship between our consumers, and the communities we live in. Our commitment to using recycled or recyclable products, material, manufacturing methods, when available, is part of our commitment to doing the right things.

Do you accept credit card payment?

Yes, we currently accept major credit cards to include American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover, as well as ACH transfer. For contract procurement orders using government charge card we charge an additional 3% convenience fee for processing.
